Join us for a set of meditative walks and explore the many ways we can engage with nature to experience moments of deep calm, enhance our creativity and find greater clarity in facing life’s challenges. 

This program is meant for people who wish to know more about the healing abilities of forests and discover interesting techniques to bring their communities closer to nature.

Over the course of 3 days, we will learn a variety of nature games, exercises and meditations to reconnect with nature and ourselves. Participants will be introduced to a set of 5 structured walks which involve sense training, nature art, photography meditation, creative writing and mindfulness. We will also share the basic concepts and ideas in the practise of Shinrin-yoku, the Japanese concept of forest walks for peace and healing.
